My kids loved this when they were little - thus the name of the dish! It's easy and the ingredients can be kept on hand for that last minute dinner. My kids loved this when they were little - thus the name of the dish! It's easy and the ingredients can be kept on hand for that last minute dinner.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 pound extra lean ground beef
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (low sodium)
    1 can condensed tomato soup (low sodium)
    Zucchini
    Mushrooms
    Any veggie you want to add - I've done carrots, green/red peppers, onions, garlic
    Spices to taste

Directions

Brown beef in skillet. Drain and rinse. Saute veggies. Add undiluted soups to beef and veggies. Let simmer while cooking pasta.

Serves about 6.
