    2 large bananas
    1 (15oz can) apricot lite
    1 cup plain low fat yougurt
    4 tsps chopped mint
    1 tbsp honey
    1 cup orange juice
    sprigs of fresh mint


add all ingredients in a blender or food processer and mix together. add the sprig of mint on top as a garnish!! enjoy!!!
