    1 cup sushi rice
    2 tbsp rice vinegar
    40g cucumber sticks
    36g Hass avocado
    54g Imitation crab meat
    2 nori half sheets


Rinse sushi rice until water comes clean.
Cook 1 cup rice and 1 cup water on stove on high, until it boils (no lid).
Reduce to low for 20 minutes, put lid on. After that, turn off heat and let sit for 10 minutes with lid on.
Transfer to a non-metallic bowl and cut not stir the rice and add 2 tbsp rice vinegar. Cut it into the rice. Place a moist towel over rice until room temperature.

On bambo roller place one nori sheet. With moist/damp hands put rice on sheet and put half the toppings on. Just to over lap. Take the edge of the bambo roll and roll the nori and squeeze to secure.

Cut in half and cut those into thirds. Making 6 sections.
