    3 medium red potatoes with skin
    3 tablespoons lite margarine
    1/4 cup skim milk
    salt and pepper to taste


wash potaotes, dice and place in large pan. add enough water to cover by two inches, let come to a boil. drain the poatoes, add milk and margarine, salt and pepper. Mash until it meats your consistancy.
