Ingredients

* Onions, raw, 187 grams
* Peas, canned, 357 grams
* Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 266 grams
* Mushrooms, fresh, 141 grams
* Shrimp, raw, 13.5 oz
* Olive Oil, 4 tbsp
* Egg, fresh, 4 large
* Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
* Brown Rice, medium grain, 3 cup (cooked)
Directions
If I made this again I would use less peas and corn
- Cook the brown rice normal style (I used brown basmati) and let cool
- heat large wok with olive oil
- throw in onions and shrimp
- cook until half done
- throw in other veg and let heat for a minute
- throw in rice and let heat for a minute
- add soy and salt and pepper to taste
- crack eggs into mix and stir
- cook until egg is done
- serve
