Ingredients

    1/2 cp Firm Organic Tofu (prepared)
    1/2 cp 2% Milk
    4oz Yoplait Yoplus yogurt with Fiber
    1/2 cp cubed frozen Mango
    4-6 Ice cubes

Directions

Blend Tofu, Milk and Yogurt until smooth. Add frozen Mango and Ice cubes and continue to blend until smooth.

Makes a 8oz glass
