Yummy Low fat italian meal! Yummy Low fat italian meal!

    Garlic powder, oregano, mushrooms, onions, ground chuck, pasta sauce,
    mozzarella cheese and olive oil


In a md bowl, mix garlic powder, oregano and ground chuck. Form mixture into 4-4oz patties and place in pan with preheated (md heat) olive oil. Be careful, grease may splatter. Continue to cook until patties are done to likeness ( well, well). Remove patties to paper towel lined platter (to drain excess grease). In same pan, add mushrooms and chopped onions. Cook over md heat for 5 minutes. While the mushrooms and onions are cooking, heat spaghetti sauce in microwave or saucepan until heated through, app. 5 minutes. Place patties on individual plates, cover with sauce, mushroom mixture and cheese (2oz). Serve with a side of green beans or other favorite veggie!
