    8 oz. raw spaghetti squash
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 tbsp. fresh, grated Parmesan cheese


Cut squash vertically and remove any seeds. Pierce shell several times with a fork and place in microwave-safe baking dish cut face down in about 1 inch of water; cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 7-9 minutes until tender. Let cool slightly for about 5-6 minutes and then with a fork pull pulp in strands and place in a bowl. Season with garlic powder. Mix in Parmesan cheese and serve.
