Ingredients

    1 teaspoon oil
    1 cup ground coconut
    1/2 cup honey

Directions

Oil a flat surface or cookie sheet.
Mix the coconut and honey in an iron pot and bring to a boil.
Stir regularly to prevent it from burning.
Allow to boil 3 minutes, it should have turned into a thick paste.
Let cool down to room temperature.
Put a tablespoon of the mixture in the palm of your hands and form balls with it.
Serve at room temperature.
