Number of Servings: 8


    1 1/2 lbs Ground Turkey Meat, extra lean
    32 oz Spaghetti Sauce
    1/3 cup Water
    1 1/2 tsp. Salt
    1 tsp. Dried Basil
    1 tsp. Dried Oregano
    1 tsp. Sugar
    1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
    5 Medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
    8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Brown and drain turkey
Add sauce, water, salt, basil, oregano, sugar, and pepper. Cook 2 more minutes.

Take baking dish and layer 1/3 of the turkey sauce mixture, 1/2 of the potatoes, another 1/3 of the turkey sauce mixture, the rest of the potatoes, and cover with the rest of the turkey sauce mixture.

Tightly cover with foil and cook for an hour at 375 degrees.

Take foil off, cover the top with cheese
Bake for 10 more minutes
