    8 oz whole wheat spaghetti
    .25 c butter
    .25 c or less to taste cornstarch
    1.5 c fat free milk
    1c chicken broth
    dash of cayenne or ground red pepper to taste
    .5 c plain nonfat yogurt
    4-5 tbs. parmesan cheese
    10 oz cooked chicken diced
    2 c thawed peas


Prepare spaghetti according to package. In med. saucepan, melt butter. Stir cornstarch, milk, broth, and pepper together add to melted butter after stirring GOOD. cook over med heat stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils. Stir a little sauce into yogurt and return to saucepan. Add 2 tbs parmesan cheese and stir. Mix cooked diced chicken, thawed peas and noodles to sauce and mix well. Pour into greased 9X13 pan. top with 2 tbs. parmesan cheese and bake for 15 min. at 425 degrees. Makes 9 large servings.
