    4-4 oz. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
    4 Slices 3/4oz. Low Fat Swiss Cheese
    1/8 tsp. Pepper
    1/2 C. Skim MIlk
    1/3 C. Low Fat Sour Cream
    1 can Low Fat / Sodium Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 TBSP. Dried Minced Onion
    1/4 tsp. Salt
    1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
    1 tsp. Butter (melted)
    1/3 C. Low Fat Butter Flavor Crackers (crushed)


Preheat oven to 350DF, spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Place Chicken Breasts in bottom of pan, sprinkle with Onion, Salt, Pepper, Garlic. Top each Breast with 1 slice of cheese. Mix Soup, Sour Cream, Milk together. Pour over top. Mix Butter and Cracker Crumbs together. Sprinkle on top. Bake 30-40 minutes, until juice is clear and crumbs are golden. Meat should reach 160DF minimum with a meat thermometer
