    Four raw Carrots
    Season All spice

Directions

Peel Carrots and cut them into two inch long peices.

Cut each peice into quarters.

Sprinkle with season all and cook until they start to get tender, but are still a little crispy.

    The "season all spice" in your recipe...is that like McCormick season salt or actual allspice? Strangely, it seems like either could work. I'm excited to try these for something a little different. - 7/31/11

    yes people, sweet potato fries are better, but you cant eat them on cycle one of 17day diet - 7/21/11
