Introduction

This is a real loose recipe, probably more of a soup. Vary the amounts of chicken and noodles based on what you have on hand. Add more or less water or gravy mix depending on how thick or soupy you want it. This is a real loose recipe, probably more of a soup. Ingredients

    2 carrots, sliced
    1/4 cup diced onion
    2 cup chopped chicken
    4 cups chicken broth
    2 cups water
    salt & pepper to taste
    2 tbsp fresh parsley
    2 cups dry egg noodles
    2 tbsp chicken gravy powder

Directions

Put all ingredients except noodles and gravy mix in a dutch oven. Bring to a boil. Cover, turn down heat to simmer and cook until carrots are tender. Bring back to a boil and add noodles.
