    2 Chicken Breasts
    1.5 Cups of Water
    1 Can of Great Northern Beans (10.5 oz)
    1 Can of White Corn (10.5 oz)
    0.5 Onion, chopped
    1 tsp of Cumin
    0.5 tsp of Oregano
    0.5 tsp of Basil
    1.5 tblsp of Flour
    Salt & Pepper to Taste


In a large pot, saute onion in a small amount of oil. Push to the side, add chicken and brown, just a few minutes on each side. Add water, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer until chicken is tender (about 45 minutes). When chicken is tender, you can easily shred it with two forks. Shred it right in the pot. Add the remaining ingredients an simmer for about 20-30 minutes until heated.
