    410g can chickpeas
    410g can red kidney beans
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    50g sunflower seeds
    2tbsp tahini, drained of any excess oil before measuring
    1 handful chopped fresh coriander
    1 garlic clove
    1tbs vegetable bouillon powder


Place all ingredients in a food processor or with a hand-held belnder and blend for 5-10sec, until the mixture is fairly coarse

Shapy the mixture into 20 small balls - or bigger burgers, if you wish

Place the balls on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper, and flatten slightly with the back of a spoon

Bake for 15-18 minutes in 220C, until lightly coloured.

Goes well with sweet potato wedges, fresh salad and hummus
