Low carb - from my Italian husband. :) Low carb - from my Italian husband. :)
Number of Servings: 12


    * Heavy Whipping Cream, 4 cup, whipped (remove)
    * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 4 cup (remove)
    * Sour Cream, 2 cup (remove)
    * Garlic, 6 cloves (remove)
    * Olive Oil, 4 tbsp (remove)
    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 5 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)


Cut up chicken and brown in olive oil with chopped garlic. Remove chicken and put aside. Put both creams in the same pot used to cook chicken and mix on very low heat. Slowly add grated cheese and stir CONTINUOUSLY until all cheese is melted. Add chicken back in at the end and keep stirring till all is warmed.
