Introduction

Instead of the regular bean chili, I changed it up a bit and added Chickpeas!

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    I sec spray PAM cooking spray
    1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
    1/2 Tbs. Chili Powder
    1/2 Tsp. Ground Cumin
    I can (14 1/2 oz.) Del Monte Diced Tomatoes with Zesty Mild Green Chilies
    1 1/2 Cup Ziyad brand Chickpeas
    1/2 Envelope Lipton Secrets Beefy Onion


Directions

Makes about 3, 1 Cup servings

1. Cook Onion in Pam in large sauce pan until tender

2. stir in chili powder and cumin. Add undrained tomatoes, chickpeas, corn, and beefy onion.

3. Simmer for 20 minutes or until thickened.
