2 eggs whites
1- 16oz. container of cottage cheese (low fat and fat free work great)

Thaw spinach in a strainer by running hot water over it. Drain well.
Mix together the spinach, eggs, cottage cheese, garlic, and a little salt and pepper in a bowl.
Pour enough of the spaghetti sauce in the bottom of the pan to cover it lightly.
Put down a layer of uncooked noodles.
Put 1/2 of the filling on and spread around to cover all the noodles.
Repeat this step
Now make one more layer of noodles on top of the filling and cover well with spaghetti sauce.
Sprinkle motz. cheese over all of it.
Cover pan with tinfoil and place into oven for 1 hour.
With 15 mins. left check it and remove the tinfoil and place back into oven to finish time.
