Ingredients

    Ingredients:


    Pork Tenderloin
    Brown Rice, long grain,
    Water,
    Olive Oil,
    Curry powder,
    Salt
    Lite Soy Sauce
    Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 package
    Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup

Directions

Put rice in crock pot. Cover with water.
Combine salt, Curry powder and oil, rub down tenderloin.
Place porkin crock pot, pour in 1 can of "Healthy" Cream of mushroom soup. Add one back of frozen vegetables, preferably Chinese style. Top with 4 tablespoons of lite soy sauce. Cook on low heat for 8 hours. Before serving, turn crock pot to hgh and boil for 10 minutes.
Recipe makes 4-5 wervings.
I have also used pork steaks insead of loin, they are somewhat cheaper!
