    -1/2 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bitesize pieces
    -2 cups skim milk
    -1/2 cup water
    -2 carrots cut into bitesize pieces
    -1 cup frozen broccoli
    -4 oz linguine
    -1 tsp rosemary
    -1/4 tsp each basil and oregano


Cook chicken until no longer pink in large skillet. Add milk and water and bring to a boil. Add carrots, linguine, and spices. Bring to another boil then reduce heat, making sure to stir pasta to keep from sticking. When linguine is almost done, add brocolli. Simmer until pasta and broccoli is tender.
