    *Rice, FRAFT, Minute Rice, Brown, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Water, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)
    Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced (remove)
    *Ragu Spaghetti Sauce (tomato sauce), 3 cup (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)
    Oregano, ground, 2 tsp (remove)


Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Farenheit.
Arrange chicken in a single layer in a baking dish.
Cover with a thin layer of sauce and sprinkle with parmesan and bake for 20 minutes.
Whilst the chicken cooks, combine the rest of the sauce with the zucchini, onion, oregano, and salt and pepper in a saucepan and heat through.
Serve over brown rice.
