    2 cups low-fat marinara sauce
    2 cups water
    8 ounces ziti pasta, uncooked
    1 (10-ounce) package fresh stir fry vegetables (2 1/2 cups)
    3/4 cup shredded provolone cheese


Combine pasta sauce and water in a large skillet; bring to a boil. Add pasta and vegetables. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes or until pasta is tender. Remove from heat, and sprinkle with cheese.
Yields: 6 (1 1/4-cup) servings.
