    Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 283 grams
    Onions, raw, 1 large - chopped
    Garlic, 4 cloves - minced
    Potato, raw, 6 medium - diced
    Butter, unsalted, 1.5 tbsp
    Milk, 1%, .187 cup
    Cheddar Cheese, 4 oz - grated
    Worcestershire Sauce - 2Tbsp (or to taste)
    Garlic Salt - 3 tspn (or to taste)


Serves 10

Heat EVOO in medium sized oven proof skillet ( I use cast iron). Sauté Onions until start to become opaque. Add Ground Beef, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt. Cook until beef is just browned. Add frozen corn. Saute until corn is heated through.

Boil potatoes until fork tender. Strain. Add butter and milk. Mash.

Smooth potatoes over ground beef mixture until covered. Spread cheese evenly over top. Place under broiler for a few minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown.
