Introduction

Very Simple to make! It's a childhood favorite of mine that I've stepped up a notch to make it healthier using better and leaner ingredients- what use to be 600 calories a serving is now under 300 calories!
Kids LOVE it, its a fun tastey spin on Macaroni-
If you do not like Mushrooms like my husband, Cream of Celery can be used as a substitude.

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 boxes Lean Kraft Macaroni and Cheese Box
    Can of Healthy Choice- Campbells Cream of Mushroom soup
    1 lb of Lean ground sirloin

Directions

Simultaniously, cook the Macaroni accordingly to the box.
Brown the meat and cut it up with spatula making small peices of meat .
When the Macaroni is completely done (cheese and all), add the can of Cream of Mushroom soup and a little water if desired, and browned chopped meat, stir and serve!

Makes 10-12 1 1/2 cup servings!
