    1/2 cup ricotta cheese (fat free)
    1/4 cup egg substitute
    1/4 cup pumpkin puree
    pinch salt
    sweeten to taste
    2 tbsp flax seed meal


Mix ricotta with water to thin. Add egg and beat well. Add pumpkin and salt.Sweeten to taste. Stir while heating over medium heat. When it becomes grainy,add flax meal.
