Ingredients

    2 large eggs
    1 slice of cheese
    1 whole wheat english muffin
    1tbsp honey(or any other sweet topping)

Directions

Crack both eggs and place in the pan like you are making an omlette. Meanwhile, toast the english muffin for 2 minutes. When done toasting, put cheese on the bottom half of the muffin immediately. Place egg on top of the cheese and put honey on top of the egg. Place the top half of the muffin on top or everything. Enjoy!!!
