175g king prawns, best with shell on
can tomatoes
tablespoon balsamic
3 tbsp olive oil
pinch dried chillis or fresh

peel the prawns
chop onion and garlic, fry in oil for 1-2 mins, add toms, salt to taste, balsamic and chillis.
reduce down for bout 5-8 mins, then throw in prawns.
serve over cooked spaghetti.
