    4 cups Romaine lettuce, torn into pieces
    1/2 cup Pecan halves, toasted
    1 Orange, peeled and sliced

    1/8 cup vinegar
    1/4 cup canola oil
    1/8 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 small red onion, minced
    1/2 tsp dry mustard
    1 Tbsp water


1. Place lettuce, pecans, and oranges in a salad bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, combine the other ingredients. Stir until well mixed.
3. Toss salad with dressing when ready to serve.
