    1 large onion sliced
    2 green peppers sliced
    2 red peppers sliced
    6 cloves garlic sliced
    1 tablespoon fennel seed
    1 tablespoon dried oregano
    2 plum tomatoes chopped
    1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
    1 pound cooked deveined shrimp
    2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar


cook onion, green peppers and red peppers in olive oil in a large wok or fry pan until soft about 4 minutes.
added garlic stir in about 30 seconds
Add tomatoes then add fennel seed oregano red pepper flakes cook for another 2 minutes. Add shrimp and cook until warm. Serve and top with 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar.
