    Cream of Chicken Soup (condensed), 1 can, 10.5 oz
    Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed 98% fat free), 1 can, 10.75 oz
    Cream of Celery Soup (condensed 98% fat free), 1 can, 10.5 oz
    *Brown Rice, long grain, 2 cup
    Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion Soup and Dip Mix, 1 envelope, 56 gram(s)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 32 ounces
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)


Pre-heat oven at 350
Mix soup, liption onion soup mix and water in a large bowl.
Pour 2 cups of uncooked brown rice in the bottom of a large rectangular casarole dish.
Cut raw chicken into strips. Lay chicken on top of uncooked brown rice.
Pour soup mixture on top of the chicken and rice. Cover dish with foil.
Cook for 60 mins.
Uncover and cook for 30 mins.

Serves 8- 3oz servings of chicken (4 oz raw)
