Number of Servings: 10


    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 sweet red pepper, chopped
    1 cup cooked instant brown rice
    1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can geen beans, drained, rinsed and chopped
    2 Tbl green olives, chopped fine
    2 cans diced tomatoes, do not drain
    2 tsp chili powder
    2 tsp cumin
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 cup low fat cheese, shredded


Brown turkey and ground beef along with onions and pepper, add garlic. Drain. In a large mixing bowl add meat mixture, cooked rice, black beans, green beans, green olives, diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Spread in a 13x9 inch baking dish that has been sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle the top with low fat shredded cheese and bake 15 minutes longer. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Serves 10
