Ingredients

    Tuna, Canned in Water, 1 can
    Hellmann's Light Mayo, 1 tbsp
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 6 cherry
    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 3 inner leaf
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp
    Older Cape Cod Dressing, 1 tbsp
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp

Directions

Prepare tuna with mayo and black pepper and chopped red onion.
take 3 stalks of romain lettuce and wash them
dry them off and fill with tuna mixture evenly
soak dressing and tomaroes and pour over each lettuce cup
sprinkle with cheese
