Introduction

The Garrod family had this dish frequently. While Mom Garrod has passed on, her recipe lives on in her handwriting and when we make it, we are definitely thinking of her. It is a simple, healthy recipe and easy to make if time is a concern. The Garrod family had this dish frequently.
