Number of Servings: 4


    3oz dry packed Sun Dried Tomatoes
    1 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
    8oz Chicken Breast, no skin
    3 Cloves Garlic
    4 tbsp Baisl
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp red-pepper flakes
    1/2 cup Toasted Pine Nuts
    4oz Ronzoni Smart Taste Thin Spaghetti


Cook pasta as directed on box. Soak sun-dried tomatoes in hot water for 10 minutes remove and save 1/2 cup of the water. Heat Olive oil in a large skillet. Cook chicken, garlic, and red pepper flakes until garlic turns golden. Stir in tomatoes and the 1/2 cup of water. Cook until chicken is fully cooked. Drain the pasta and add to skillet. Add Baisl and and toss all together. Devide into 4 portions and sprinkle with pine nuts. Enjoy!
