    Pink Salmon (canned), 1 can
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    25 cracker, oyster
    celery, raw, 4 stalk, small (5" long)
    Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped
    pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp


Drain can of Salmon and put into medium sized bowl; break up and take out as much bone as you are able.
Beat two eggs.
Add chopped celery, onion and mashed oyster crackers.
Mix it all real good and form patties.
In a large skillet melt butter.
Fry until both sides are brown.
