Number of Servings: 6


    2 cups heart smart bisquick
    1/2 cup water
    4 eggs
    1/4 cup milk
    1 tbsp oregano
    1tbsp dried parsley
    2 pieces of cooked bacon crumbled
    4 ounces of cooked mushrooms diced
    1/2 cup cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup mozerella cheese
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese


Add water slowly to bisquick until it turns into dough. Roll out dough for pizza crust. Fold up edges so pizza will be able to hold egg.

Bake at 400 for 10 minutes.

lightly beat eggs and milk with parsley and oregano. Pour into crust.

Bake another 10 minutes

Add meat and veggies then sprinkle cheese over top.

Bake another 5 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
