    2 whole eggs
    whole wheat flour tortilla
    4 cherry tomatoes
    1 large scallion, sliced


Saute scallions in non-stick fry pan till softened.

Beat the eggs in a small bowl then add to pan and scramble. When eggs are almost complete add the sliced tomatoes.

Put into the tortilla and eat.
