Ingredients

    Scallops, raw, 24 large
    Bisquick, 0.25 cup
    Spinach Pasta, cooked, 4 oz
    Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
    Bamboo shoots, cooked, .5 cup
    *Orange Marmalade, .25 cup
    Tabasco Sauce, .25 tsp
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp

Directions

Flour and sear scallops, seasoned with salt and pepper in olive oil.

Boil pasta until al dente.

Mix marmalade w/ tabasco & pepper flakes.

Steam vegetables and toss with marmalade sauce.
