Ingredients

    1 lb. Chuck/Sirloin Steak (lean)
    1 med onion
    2 ea. 8.5 oz Cans of LeSueur Very Yound Small Early Peas
    2 ea. 15 oz can LeSueur Tender Baby Whole Carrots
    1 ea. 15 oz. can No salt added Golden Sweet Whole Kernel corn
    2 ea. 14.5 oz can No salt added Cut Green Beans
    2 ea 15 oz can Whole New Potatoes
    1 ea 1.5 oz Beef Stew Seasoning Packet dry mix
    1 ea .87 oz Brown Gravy Mix dry packet


Directions

In a Large Crock pot add 1 quart of water and turn on high. Cut into 1 inch cubes Chuck or Sirloin Steak. Chop med. onion and add to meat and water. Pour Beef Stew Packet and Brown Gravy Mix into crock Pot. Stir and let cook 3 to 3 1/2 hours. When meat is cook add vegetables to crock pot and cook addition hour to hour and half.
