Ingredients

    2 lb. ground beef
    2 cups chopped onion
    2 cups chopped celery
    1 can (15 oz) great northern beans
    1 can (15 oz) kidney beans
    1 can (15 oz) pinto beans
    1 can (15 0z) diced tomatoes
    1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilis
    1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
    1 tsp pepper
    4 tbsp chili powder
    2 cups Velveeta 1/2 the fat

Directions

Brown ground beef. Stir in onions and celery and cook until transparent. Add remaining ingredients except Velveeta. Simmer and stir for 20 minutes. Add Velveeta and stir until melted and blended.

Can also be used as dip for chips and crackers.
