Ingredients

    2 cup chicken broth
    1 cup water
    1 cup rice dry
    1 cup frozen peas and carrots

Directions

Put all together in rice cooker or can be cooker in covered quart pan on stove top and cook until done per rice package

I use microwaveable rice cooker done in 30 mins
