Introduction

An extremely low sodium version of the classic. An extremely low sodium version of the classic.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 C flour
    2 tsp Sodium Free Baking Powder
    4 tbsp Unsalted margarine
    3/4 C 1/2% milk

Directions

Mix the flour and baking soda. Cut in the margarine. Add the milk. Mix to form dough.
Roll on a floured surface to about 1/2 inch thick and cut out 12 biscuits. (If you would rather do drop biscuits add a couple tablespoons of milk and drop). Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 1 dozen biscuits.
