    1 Pound Ground Venison
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 tsp Dehydrated Onion
    1 tsp Dehydrated Garlic
    1 Tbsp Flour
    1 Cup Milk
    Sage, Rosemary, Salt and Pepper to taste


Brown the venison. Add olive oil, dehydrated onion and garlic. Sprinkle with the flour and cook for one minute. Add milk and cook until thickened. Season to taste.
