    Ground beef, extra lean, 8 oz
    *Ground Turkey, extra lean, 8 oz
    *Egg white, 2 lg.
    Cornbread Stuffing Mix, 2 oz
    Chili powder, .5 tsp
    *Ground Cumin 1 tsp
    *Green Chili Peppers, canned, .5 cup
    Ortega Enchilada Sauce, 10 oz.
    Onions, raw, 1 medium, chopped


Preheat oven to 375 DF. Coat a broiler pan with cooking spray. In a lg. bowl, mix beef, turkey, egg whites, stuffing mix, onion, chili powder, cumin, chilies, 1/2 enchilada sauce. Shape into an oval with your hands and pace on broiler pan. Bake for 60 minutes, top with remaining enchilada sauce and bake for 5 minutes more. 6 Servings
