    6 Eggs, hardboiled
    2 tbs Mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp Curry powder
    1/4 tsp Parsley, dry
    Pinch of Salt
    Pinch of Black pepper


Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise.
Remove yolks and mash.
Add mayonnaise, curry powder, parsley and season with salt and pepper.
Place yolk mixture back into egg halves and chill before serving.
