    12 small mushrooms
    1/2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1/8 tsp Italian Seasoning
    1/8 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tsp Parmesan cheese grated


Makes 2 servings of 6 mushrooms

Clean the mushroom and remove stems. Place on foil covered broiling pan. Brush with olive oil. Sprinkle Italian Seasoning, Garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese over the mushrooms. Place low under broiler until cheese is browned and mushrooms are done.

I do ours in the toaster oven so I don't have to heat up the big oven. These are great with a small steak and some garlic mashed parsnips. Take the stems and chop with some onions and saute them for over the steak.
