    6 oz light vanilla yogurt
    3 Tablespoons peanut Butter

    Fresh vegies, sliced fruit


Stir peanut butter into yogurt with a fork.
Whip until blended.

Makes a full body dip that clings well to fresh vegies like celery, carrots, or snap peas.
Also good on firm fruits like apples and bananas.

Better texture & Half the calories and fat of using plain peanut butter, all the taste.
