Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 pound Beef Stew Meat
    1 pound Pork Stew Meat
    2 cans black beans, drained
    2 cans red kidney beans, drained
    2 cans diced tomatoes, drained
    2 oz. Bourbon, cheap
    1 cup Jalapeno Peppers, sliced
    2 habanero or serrano peppers, sliced
    3 Banana peppers, sliced
    1 tsp salt
    1 tbsp cumin
    1/4 cup whole wheat flour

Directions

Marinate stew meat in bourbon overnight.
Coat meat with flour and brown in 1 tbsp olive oil.
Add remaining ingredients to slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours.

Makes 15-20 1 cup servings. Certain ingredients can be increased or decreased to taste and as desired.
