    1 cup Hellman's light mayonnaise
    1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
    8 oz feta cheese, (low salt if possible)
    1/2 cup red wine vinegar
    3 Tbsp olive oil
    2 tsp dried oregano
    (1 clove garlic, optional)


Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix until smooth.

(This recipe will make one quart of dressing and will last in the refrigerator for at least 4-6 weeks.)

(The garlic flavor is delicious, but it gets stronger and stronger - so if you want to avoid bad breath, leave it out!)
